1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all access to and use of the jlphcom platform, including the website at jlphcom.net, any associated mobile interface, all games, promotions, and financial transaction services offered therein.

1.2 By completing the jlphcom account registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with jlphcom's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 jlphcom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Access to jlphcom's real-money gaming services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting services;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are accessing jlphcom as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlphcom, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jlphcom or had a jlphcom account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 jlphcom makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jlphcom complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 To access real-money games and place wagers on jlphcom, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active jlphcom account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlphcom reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account registration requires the submission of valid personal identification information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. jlphcom may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.

3.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you are the person whose details have been submitted. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

3.1 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, jlphcom may require you to complete full identity verification ("KYC"). Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, SSS or GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID. jlphcom reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have withdrawals withheld pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

4 Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlphcom account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party.

4.2 You agree to notify jlphcom immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. jlphcom shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4.3 jlphcom offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via Philippine mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account. jlphcom accepts no liability for losses resulting from compromised accounts where 2FA was not enabled.

4.4 You must not share your account with any other person. Gaming activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any person accessing your account with or without your consent, is your sole responsibility.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on jlphcom are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlphcom does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility and cost of the player.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlphcom currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable limits:

jlphcom reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Not all payment methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals simultaneously.

5.2 Deposit Policy

5.2.1 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your jlphcom account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

5.2.2 jlphcom does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment account used must match the name on your jlphcom account. Deposits received from third-party sources may be voided and returned, less any applicable transaction fees.

5.2.3 jlphcom reserves the right to apply deposit limits to any player account at its sole discretion, including as part of its responsible gaming obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

5.3.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.

5.3.2 jlphcom aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the third-party payment provider and is beyond jlphcom's control.

5.3.3 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where jlphcom is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jlphcom offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jlphcom bonuses:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jlphcom reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where it reasonably believes a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

6.3 jlphcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such modifications shall not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts and in the process of being wagered, except where fraud or abuse is involved.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Each game available on the jlphcom platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

7.2 All game outcomes on jlphcom are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game in progress. jlphcom does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, jlphcom reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jlphcom's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Bets placed and accepted are final. jlphcom does not accept responsibility for errors in bets placed due to player misunderstanding of game rules or odds. It is the player's responsibility to ensure all wager details are correct before confirming.

7.5 For sports betting markets, jlphcom reserves the right to void markets where the result is subject to protest, where obvious pricing errors are identified, or where jlphcom has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome has been influenced by irregular activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlphcom platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one jlphcom account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets;
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo, or any game where collusion confers an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any form of organised bonus abuse across multiple accounts;
• Laundering money or using jlphcom for any purpose connected with financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new account.

8.2 jlphcom employs fraud detection systems that monitor player behaviour continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 jlphcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from accessing jlphcom for a minimum period of six months.

9.2 Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded may not create a new jlphcom account during the exclusion period. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and deposits returned.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the jlphcom platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface design, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of jlphcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlphcom platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any jlphcom content without express prior written consent from jlphcom. Unauthorised use of jlphcom intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlphcom, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlphcom platform.

11.2 jlphcom's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 jlphcom does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. jlphcom shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond jlphcom's reasonable control.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlphcom's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 jlphcom collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jlphcom.net/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2 By registering an account with jlphcom, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications where you have opted in.

12.3 jlphcom implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions and encrypted storage for sensitive account information.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 jlphcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlphcom will notify players via the email address registered on their account and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

13.2 Your continued use of the jlphcom platform after amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

13.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless a court of competent jurisdiction determines otherwise.

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Termination by You: You may close your jlphcom account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by jlphcom: jlphcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false registration information;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jlphcom staff or other players;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

14.3 Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms or fraud, jlphcom reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and to report relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 jlphcom operates in alignment with the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming operators serving Philippine residents, including relevant PAGCOR guidelines and applicable provisions of Philippine law.

15.3 In the event of any dispute between you and jlphcom, you agree to first contact jlphcom customer support to seek informal resolution. jlphcom will use reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly through its internal complaint handling process.

15.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
